The upcoming Power Rangers movie has another cast addition in the form of Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston who will play Zordon. He proudly tweets about the film’s development and added a tidbit about one of the rangers.

Since the Power Rangers (2017) will be an origin story, it would not be complete without the great Zordon in it. Cranston will play the mighty, floating head that served as the young heroes’ maker and mentor.
This isn’t the first time that Cranston had a brush with the mighty morphin franchise. The Breaking Bad star has had a history with the Power Rangers back in the ’90s when he lent his voice as Snizard and Twin Man on the television series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
