Ant-Man was the most well-sought film this weekend as the film opens in North America and the rest of the world. The reactions from fans are favorable and the box-office is, well, okay for a Marvel movie.
Ant-Man reaped the highest this weekend. Reaped $23.4M on the first day and ultimately will gather an estimate of $59M-$61M after the weekend.
But the box office result isn’t really something that the filmmakers are crazy for. For the record, the film has the second smallest box office in history for Marvel. The lowest is by The Incredible Hulk (2008) which earned $21.4M on opening night.

Fans commends the film as the most funniest Marvel movie so far. Michael Peña is said to be the funniest sidekick in the movie. The other Michael, Michael Douglas, was awesome. However, some say that Corey Stoll’s bad guy is not much of a villain.
Like any other Marvel movie, there are loads of easter eggs to help connect the universe. And it is necessary to wait till the credits end to watch one last scene.
Overall, in spite the “low” box-office, Ant-Man was an enjoyable movie.
