The upcoming Aquaman movie that stars Jason Momoa as the titular character gets its official release date.
Warner Bros. just announced the Aquaman release date on Friday. The Atlantean hero will be making the splash in the big screen on the 5th of October 2018. James Wan with The Conjuring and Furious 7 under his directorial belt is directing the film. Joining Momoa are Amber Heard and Wilem Dafoe who’ll be reprising their roles as Mera and Vulko.
Plot details for the telepathic ruler of the Earth’s oceans’ feature film are still murky. We don’t have to wait for October 5th to come and see Momoa as Aquaman as Justice League will hit theaters on November 2017.
Justice League, which is slated to hit theaters November 17, 2017, stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as WonderWoman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg and Ezra Miller as The Flash with Zack Snyder at the helm. The movie also stars J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jeremy Ironsas Alfred Pennyworth and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor.
